WOP SERIES

White Oil Pharmaceutical are colourless, clear, oily, odourless, non-fluorescent liquids. They comply with the purity standards of the German pharmacopoeia, the European pharmacopoeia, the U.S. pharmacopoeia, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. White Oil Pharmaceutical are characterized by constant high quality as well as high colour and oxidation stability.

Applications:

1. Food Industry: as a float on fermentation fluids in the manufacture of vinegar and wine, as a release agent in dehydrated fruits and vegetables; as a component of hot melt coating in frozen meat; in the manufacture of confectionery; egg-shell sealant and in canned food sector.

2. Food Packaging: in bottling equipment requiring a USDA-1 lubricant due to possible incidental contamination of food and beverage; in lubrication of food paper and box board 

3. Base Oil for Industrial Lubricants if food contact is required.

FM Synth Grease 2/3

FM Synth Grease 2/3 is food grade grease produced by using anhydrous calcium soaps and pharmaceutical synthetic base oils designed to lubricate food machineries.

FM Synth Grease 2/3 contains antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors EP/AW additives. The thickener, together with the special synthetic base oil, makes the product suitable for lubrication in applications where is the possibility of incidental or accidental food contact possible.

FM Synth Grease 2/3 is high performance universal food machinery Grease. Its unique properties make it suitable for various types of bearing applications including heavy load conditions.

CP 4617-320-F

CP 4617-320-F is a custom-blended polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic hydrocarbon fluid giving improved lubrication at high and low temperatures, reduced volatility, and compatibility with mineral oil and equipment designed for use with mineral oils.

CP 4617-320-F is a long life lubricant formulated especially for applications where antiwear and extreme pressure properties are needed for effective load carrying ability. Recommended for gears and bearings.

NSF H-1 registered for use in Federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570-Lubricants with incidental food contact.

Latema Cool FG

Latema Cool FG is coolant specially designed to be used in food machineries.

It is a fluid for thermic transfer, based on monopropylen glycol USP (MPG for pharma and food use) developed for an adequate protection of the cooling system. It has a very low toxicity but is not dangerous for skin contact.

It insures a very good corrosion inhibition for systems based on cooper alloys, steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Glycerine is a liquid, viscous substance, with lower density than water, without colour, with sweet taste and odourless. It is miscible in water and ethylic alcohol, insoluble in ether, chloroform or benzene. Glycerol is a very good solvent for different substances, being used specially in phytotherapy and homeopathy.

Applications :

BROIL VR, is manufactured by using GMO free vegetable oils and specially selected food additives which are included in the positive list of the European directive 95/2/EC.
Animal based additives are not used in any production steps. Only vegetable and mineral sourced raw materials are used in manufacturing process.
It comply European Food Legislations and also meets the US legislation FDA, 21 CFR 182-184.
