Rubber and Plastic


Lubricants for various applications in the rubber and plastics industry:

White Oil Pharmaceutical are colourless, clear, oily, odourless, non-fluorescent liquids. They comply with the purity standards of the German pharmacopoeia, the European pharmacopoeia, the U.S. pharmacopoeia, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. White Oil Pharmaceutical are characterized by constant high quality as well as high colour and oxidation stability. 

White Oil Pharmaceutical are used in Plastics & Rubber Industry as plasticizer and external lubricant for production of PE, PP, PS and as plasticizer in thermoplastic elastomers production such as SBS, SEBS, SEPS.


WHITE OIL TECHNICAL are transparent, odorless, colorless mineral oils. They exhibit a high degree of purity and excellent color stability and resistance to aging. These products comply with the purity standards of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA 178 3620 b) and they are produced from the paraffinic based lubricants.

White Oil Technical are used in Plastics & Rubber Industry as a carrier catalyst in the production of PE, PP, PS, as plasticizer in thermoplastic elastomers production such as SBS, SEBS, SEPS, as extender oil in EPDM or EPDM based Thermoplastic Olefinics (TPO) and Thermoplastic Vulcanisates (TPV) and as a release agent for rubber sponge.


These products are transparent, odourless and label free naphthenic based process oils which include low polycyclic aromatics (PCA).

Compatible with Styrene Butadiene (SBR), Poly butadiene (BR), and Poly Isoprene (IR). These products are also recommended to use with Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene Diene (EPDM), and Thermo Plastic Elastomers (TPE) and their various.
With their perfect solvency characteristic are compatible with the polymers used in the automotive industry applications: automobile carpet underlay and padding, sound-deadening sheet. Are recommended in tyres production.


Are obtained from base oil with hydro-treatment technology to produce light coloured, low aromatic and low sulphured paraffinic process oils. Through their low aromatic content, UV-absorbance performance, great colour stability these products fulfill the requirements of FDA.

They are recommended for automotive rubber and sealing applications, process of leather production, windows gaskets, production of cable and hose, expanded polystyrene (EPS) for insulation, elastomeric sealing for windows and facades, in applications such as rubber sealing.

Compatible with ethylene propylene Dien (EPDM) and butylenes rubber (IIR).

Recommended to use with variety of Thermo-Plastic Elastomers (TPE).


Octopus PW Series are odourless, colourless, highly refined paraffinic process oils, produced with hydro-cracked base oils.
- Antifoams, adhesives, leather care products, seals, gaskets, shoe soles, TPE granules.
- As a carrier catalyst of PE, PP and PS production.
- As a plasticizer in Thermoplastic Elastomers (SBS, SEBS and SEPS).
- As an additive in EPDM or EPDM based Thermoplastic Olefinics (TPO) and Thermoplastic Vulcanizes (TPV).
Octopus PW series are suitable for use in products with indirect food contact. Through their colour and UV-absorbance performance these products fulfil the requirements of FDA. Applications in Food Packaging: as plasticizers in the food packaging area, as a mould release agent, as defoaming agents.

PORCUS Series are synthetic hydrocarbon polymers made by polymerization of C4 olefins (primarily isobutene) and are available in a wide range of viscosities.

Applications :

• PORCUS Series polybutenes are vital ingredients in many pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) and hot-melt adhesives (HMAs). They are very useful for modifying properties such as the tack, softness, bond strength, cohesive strength and water resistance of adhesives.
• Polymer Modification: The impact strength, flexibility and melt flow rate of many thermoplastic resins can be increased with PORCUS SERIES polybutenes. Polybutenes plasticize polypropylene, polystyrene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, ester gums and polyterpene.
• Rubber Modification: PORCUS SERIES polybutenes are used as extenders and plasticizers for a variety of vulcanized elastomers including natural rubber, butyl rubber, polyisoprene, polybutadiene, ethylene-alpha olefin rubber and styrenebutadiene rubber (SBR). Unlike mineral oil, polybutenes cannot be easily extracted from vulcanized elastomers by solvents and are resistant to exudation by heat ageing. Hence polybutenes impart their properties permanently to the rubber.
